Once upon a time Arch Duke had a !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . Maybe it is a time for it to make a resurgence. If you have anything that is irking you on or off topic, post it within this judgement-free zone. Let's do it once a day so we can keep all the bad feels off of Oppo, and continue doing what we are here for, to love on some cars and music and projects and life and stuff. and Ill even start. I had a fucking shitty week at work. And motherfucking vendors can suck my balls if they cannot understand how to use a CRM or think I have enough time to put my actual paying work down for them to sell me something.

I have a huge problem but don't want to post in a public forum. So I'll post what I realized yesterday.

I calculated how many months total of auto loans I have by combining the number of months remaining for all cars.

And it's more than the number in my username.

Damn it...

I am a little irked that I found him something as a memento of sorts

New Guy has "been doing tech support for 20 years." Then asks me for help installing a printer because he's never done that.

now comes the sad part...

We hired him from the temp agency...and HE'S STILL HERE 15 MONTHS LATER.

That's really just a slow burn, although that glowing ember ignites a fire of rage every few days or so.

I am sick to death with junk science in the media. Creating tons of problems that we don't really have, and most drones don't understand causation vs. correlation.

Murder and ice cream sales both spike during the summer heat, that doesn't mean people are getting shot for two scoops of fucking rocky road.

Failed the first exam of the year, my OCD is getting worse each year and I finally asked my family if I could get help but I'm still ashamed of it, think I met a nice girl that I have no idea what to do with as I try to get my shit together. All I want to do is leave town and camp out of my truck.

Note that there are no sources, no information about the parameters of the study or testing protocol, or anything. Was the information self reported or monitored?

Not to mention that you have a 19% lower risk of dying from "any cause whatsoever". So that includes lightning strikes and sexual exhaustion.

Yeah, if I'd had known about the bombshell that was just dropped on me a couple days ago, I wouldn't have bought a new car 2 months ago, because without that payment I could probably afford a room with someone. I'm working extra hours to try and make double, or at least 1.5x payments, but thanks to fees and depreciation, I owe thousands more than the car is worth, so I can't just offload it. Hooray.

I work retail customer service about 35 hours a week, in Florida. As May draws closer I'm probably going to attempt to find a second job so I'm occupied 7 days a week

I will tell you a story that might give you some hope. And one I do not talk about that often, only my best of friends know it. When I moved to Denver I didn't actually want to move there, I was California bound. Not a whole lot of money due to unforeseen circumstances. All I had when I showed up was a car (home) and a few friends from high school that I couldn't stay with more than a night or so a week. Yeah I slept in my car and called it home. I had never waited tables in my life. I was able to get a job at a restaurant doing just that, and I just worked my ass off doing so. Got a small little apartment with a shitty roommate whom I actually had to knock out a few times and a few neighbors who were so fucked up on meth I was scared half the time (another set of stories, one showed up with a knife claiming I was banging his underage girlfriend, even though he was 4 years older than me, knocked him out with a mag lite and left him in front of my door, other stories like that). Made me actually want to work all the time. So they made me a bartender and finally manager within short order. From that I was able to learn alot of skills and make the money I needed to make myself into what I am today which is management for a marketing firm, and I work with cars and dealers every day. So take that as sort of a story to let you know not to lose hope, that life is what you make of it if you try hard enough. I hope it helps. Oppo is here for you man

You wont get arrested. With tinted windows you can just rock out wherever. Street in a halfway decent neighborhood, wal mart actually allows it as long as you dont cause trouble. just blend in as much as you can and don't be egregious about it and no one will even notice. Hell if I get too drunk somewhere these days I will drop the seats int he Mercedes wagon and camp out in town.
